Automating Matchmaking for a Premium Tutoring Agency
Tutors Hub connects families in Dhaka with verified private educators. We built a streamlined platform that completely automated their manual matchmaking process, allowing them to effortlessly manage thousands of tutors, instantly process parent requests, and run a scalable partner referral program.
The Challenge
Matching the right tutor to the right student used to be a massive administrative headache. Parents would submit requests, and staff had to manually sift through hundreds of profiles to find candidates who matched the location, curriculum, and budget. As the agency grew, this bottleneck caused delays in placements and made it nearly impossible to track commissions for their growing network of referral partners.
The Solution
We built a self-serve platform that does the heavy lifting for them. Parents can now submit a structured hire request in seconds, which instantly creates a listing on a live Vacancy Board. Tutors can filter these jobs by location, curriculum, and grade, and apply with a single click. To keep everything moving fast, we integrated instant WhatsApp notifications so the admin team is alerted the second a tutor applies. We also built an automated Partner Portal that tracks tiered commissions for referrals, allowing the business to scale its network rapidly without burying the team in spreadsheets.
