Syed Systems is the software and IT division of SMCTi, delivering digital systems, business software, and technology consultancy to clients worldwide from its Dhaka, Bangladesh headquarters.

What the division does

We design, develop, test, and improve web applications, mobile experiences, and enterprise systems around real operational needs.

We also build and license six software products for identity checks, customer support, ticketing, messaging campaigns, and contact-centre work.
